  • 11 am | Demo: Fun Obedience, Tricks & Advance Heeling by Cudahy Kennel Club
  • 11:45 am | Learn about Milwaukee Dog Parks by ROMP
  • Noon | Contests: Best Dressed/Costume & Dog/Owner Look-a-like
  • 12:30 pm | Demo: Milwaukee County Sheriff Canine Unit
  • 1 pm | Talk: Learn about Animal Control/Welfare in Milwaukee by Friends of MADACC
  • 1:15 pm | Learn about Dog Fighting in Milwaukee by Battle Against Dog Fighting (BAD)
  • 1:30 pm | Showcase of Adoptable Dogs hosted by Friends of MADACC
  • 2 pm | Contests: Best Trick & Best Bark/Vocal Performance
  • 2:30 pm | Demo: Trainer Jen Digate from Wild Canines
  • 3 pm | Raffle winners announced
Registration/admission is $5 per dog & includes doggie bag for Bark Day. You can register in advance here. Those that register in advance will get an entry in a raffle for a special prize including a 2012 dog park permit.

We are accepting donations of items from the MADACC Wish List at registration. Those that bring a donation will be entered into the raffle for the special prize.

1 MileDog Walk — This year we’ve added a 1k dog walk around the park lagoon. The walk starts at 10:30 am with registration starting at 9:30 AM. Walkers are asked to get donations or make a donation of $25 to receive a Bark Day bandanna but everyone who registers for the event is able to participate in the walk. Pledge forms are available here.

Support Friends of MADACC & ROMP by participating in our Bark Day Raffle. Tickets for most items are $1/ticket or 6 for $5. Tickets for higher value items (over $100) are $5 each. Some of the great items that were donated include:
